This contemporary residence features clean lines, balanced volumes, and a restrained material palette shaped by light and shadow. Deep overhangs provide natural shading, while integrated greenery softens the geometry and enhances privacy. Vertical wooden slats filter the ground level, maintaining a subtle connection between interior and exterior spaces.
